Saleem is currently the Associate Vice President, Transformation & Strategy at William Osler Health system. Prior to this, he served as Executive Lead of the Central West Ontario Health Team and Director, Integrated Health Systems at William Osler Health System. In these roles, Saleem works with many health system partners from home and community care, community support services, primary care, acute care and other sectors to create an integrated system of health and social care to improve health outcomes and health equity. Saleem brings various skills and experiences from the health sector over the last ten years including strategy, operations, quality improvement, communications and partnerships based on collective impact.
Saleem also serves as the Vice Chair of Dixie Blood Neighbourhood Centre, a community organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for families, newcomers, youth, children, seniors and job seekers in Mississauga. Saleem has a Masters degree in Business Administration from McMaster University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto. He is also a certified Lean Black Belt and Emotional Intelligence trainer.
