Vendor Criteria

To ensure alignment with our mission and deliver maximum value to our members, all participating vendors in the OCSA Vendor Showcase must meet the following criteria:

Ontario-Wide Service
Must offer products or services that are available across Ontario.

Home and Community Care Relevance
Offerings must be directly relevant to the needs of the Home and Community Care (HCC) sector.

OCSA Mission Alignment
Business practices must align with OCSA’s mission and values, including support for equity, inclusion, and health equity.

Non-Compete with Members
Vendors may not offer services that compete with the core offerings of OCSA member agencies.

Member Connection
Must be a current direct supplier to at least one OCSA member organization.

Equity and Labour Practices
Must uphold fair labour standards, prohibit discrimination, and promote equal opportunity.

Conference Participation
Attendance at the OCSA Conference is required to maintain Showcase visibility and engagement.
