CommunityConnect 2025 takes place at the Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa.  The hotel is located across from Markham Civic Centre, in the city of Markham's high tech hub, just three kilometers from historic Unionville.

Conference Information and Policies


  • Types of Registration

    Full Conference Registration - includes all plenary sessions, concurrent workshops, meals, trade show, poster exhibition, networking opportunities, social events, Wednesday night dinner and entertainment. 


    One-Day Conference Registration - (Choose either October 22 OR 23) includes all plenary sessions, concurrent workshops, breakfast & lunch, trade show, poster exhibition, networking opportunities, social events. It does not include Wednesday night dinner and entertainment. A ticket may be purchased should you wish to attend.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing no later than October 1, 2025. A full refund minus $150.00 administration fee will be issued. Cancellations received after October 1, 2025 are not refundable. Refunds are not issued for "no-shows." Conference organizers reserve the right to cancel or change workshops due to insufficient registration or change in availability.

  • Substitution Policy

    If you are unable to attend the OCSA CommunityConnect Conference, you are welcome to send a colleague in your place. There is no fee to make this change up to October 1, 2025 provided you email communityconnect@ocsa.on.ca. Substitution requests received after October 1, 2025 will incur a $75.00 processing fee.

  • Conference Location

    The conference is at the Hilton Suites Conference Centre and Spa in Markham, 8500 Warden Avenue. Click here to book your accommodations.

  • Photo and Video Use Permission Policy

    We use photos and videos from the conference in our marketing, publications and presentations. By attending the conference, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or recorded and grant OCSA permission to use these images.
