Carol McGill began her career with March of Dimes Canada in 1994 as a Regional Independent Living Manager. After taking time to work with other community organizations, including Canadian Paraplegic Association Ontario (now Spinal Cord Injury Ontario) and Simcoe Community Services, Carol returned to March of Dimes in 2013 and is now Senior Director of Operations, Community Support Services. With a strong background in operational management, strategic leadership, stakeholder relations, partnership development, and service delivery, Carol has been working to improve the lives of Canadians living with disabilities for over 30 years. She has a passion for Independent Living and community services and has built her career around that. Carol received her BA in Sociology from Trent University and has continued her education with certification from Queen’s School of Business and Schulich School of Business York University.
